Flowers from Alaska

These are some of Mom's flower pictures from her visit. They are huge (lots of sun) and beautiful.

Girdwood

On the Saturday before Mom left, John, Mom, Joe, and I went out to Girdwood. The drive along the New Seward Highway has beautiful views of Turnagain Arm, glaciers, and mud flats. As you can tell, it was quite windy.

Alaska Pictures

Mom's pictures have arrived! A true Alaska tourist photo to get us started... a stuffed grizzly bear. (This was at Gwennie's Old Alaskan Restaurant.) More to follow :)
