Actually, I'm finding it really interesting! the whole Culture vs culture thing is really a telling part of our own cultural being. As a teacher, you're used to teaching or being taught - rather than just absorbing through experience. When you said you were going to be going to the Camp, I thought they'd teach you more of their HISTORICAL culture rather than their current culture. It's an interesting distinction. I'm glad you like your roommate and that you're experiencing all of this!! -mom
